Open Group - Half Day Snowshoeing Hike
3-4 Hours | Beginner to INTERMEDIATE | 1-12 People
Come join a group of fellow adventurers to explore the stunning winter wilderness of Rocky Mountain National Park. Your guide will meet you at the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center and have all the necessary equipment for the group including snowshoes, trekking poles and micro spikes. Everyone will then drive their personal vehicles to that day's hike trailhead within the National Park (carpooling is encouraged!) After arriving at the trailhead and making sure everyone's gear is fitting properly you will be off! Along the way your guide will share with you some of the fascinating natural history of Rocky Mountain National Park. Snacks and hot drinks are included on this hike!
Commonly Used Hiking Routes:
Dream and Emerald Lake ~ 3 miles round trip
Mills Lake ~ 4 miles round trip
Wild Basin ~ 4 miles round trip
Hiking route will be selected by your guide based off of weather and snow
conditions.
Time: Start times are at 10:00 AM on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Note: Transportation to trailheads within Rocky Mountain National Park and National Park entry fee are not included. Each vehicle must purchase a $30 day pass or purchase/posses a National Parks Annual Pass ($80).
